Jaded psychiatrist Henry Carter (Kevin Spacey) takes on a pro bono case that tests his professional fortitude in this blistering exposé of the "other" Hollywood. Between sorting through the various mental maladies of his famous patients, Henry barely has any time to deal with his own problems. Into the middle of the hapless shrink's malaise wanders a troubled teen who's his polar opposite. While Henry is tired of Tinseltown, his newest patient is obsessed with it.
