In this high-flying comedy, Uma Thurman gives a superb performance as a shrewish, possessive superhero who gets dumped by her regular-Joe boyfriend (Luke Wilson), and then decides to use her superpowers to exact revenge on him and his new love (Anna Faris). In a hilarious nod to "Fatal Attraction," Thurman substitutes live great-white-shark sushi for the boiled bunny. Directed by Ivan Reitman and written by Don Payne, who has scripted episodes of "The Simpsons."
